Exchange Policy
Our Exchange Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Please contact National Workwear by email - sales@nationalworkwear.com.au with a brief explanation of the reason for the exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please place the items into a plastic Freight Satchel to protect the products, including boot boxes, on their journey back to National Workwear.
To facilitate the exchange, we require a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once approved - All returns should be shipped to :

NOTE.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We also offer a flat rate $9.95 to send the exchanged product back to you.
An invoice for the Freight will be emailed to you, and payment is required prior to your exchange being freighted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
